Wei Ha, Policy Specialist

Wei Ha is a policy specialist for the writing team. Before joining UNDP in June 2007, he was a consultant at the Development Economics Research Group and the Human Resources Services Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness Group at the World Bank. He also worked on teams for other international organizations such as the Ford Foundation and UNESCO. His works on education and health have been published in Brooking Papers on Education Policy and World Bank Policy Working Paper Series as well as the Journal of Urban Health. A Chinese national, Wei received his BA in economics and political science and MA in education economics from Peking University and his PhD in Public Policy from Harvard University in 2007.
