Important measurements issues

The Human Development Report (HDR) presents special boxes in the chapters of the Report and, since 2000, in the Note on Statistics of the Human Development Report PDF Inline (GIF) Reader's Guide HDR 2007/2008 [137 KB] to showcase innovative and emerging issues relevant to the measurement of human development and the statistical community.
